After 40 years in business we have found thee property administrator and Sam, the building owner, to be the most cooperative and accommodating landlords we have ever encountered. They respond immediately to our requests and do all the right things when it comes to property management. Little things like decorating the common areas during holidays, keeping the building spotless, continually improving the property and accommodating our special needs to name a few. We absolutely plan on being a tenant for the foreseeable future. The long term tenancy of the building tenants speaks volumes as to the quality and professionalism of the property’s management.
